The Federal Voting Assistance Program. Instructions on registering and voting while living overseas under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (Foreign Service employees and their families qualify.) Downloadable/printable version of the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) for registering to vote in your state of residence. Calendar of state primaries and links to state election websites. For state-by-state information on electronic registration and voting, visit this page.

The Federal Post Card Application is also available at all U.S. Embassies and Consulates overseas. Both versions, however, must be snail-mailed to your local election office (address available on the FVAP website.) So, allow plenty of time to get registered before any election!
